Job summary

Sartori Cheese is hiring for a Production Line Attendant on the 3rd shift in Plymouth, WI. This role supports the Converting Team, handling multiple lines, loading materials, and performing change-overs while ensuring quality in a cold, fast-paced dairy environment.

You will assist with packaging, line sanitation, and data collection, while following HACCP, GMP, and safety protocols. This full-time on-site position requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience desirable.
• Basic math skills including weight measurements.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train on Grated, Shred, Deli, Wedge, Wax and Box and Clean and Sort Lines.
• Load materials, feed lines accurately, and perform change-overs as needed.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and complete documentation.
