Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or facilities maintenance.
• Preventative maintenance knowledge.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and CNC knowledge.
• Electrical knowledge for 110V/220V/480V systems.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy components.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment and machinery issues to identify root causes.
• Repair machinery and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Maintain facilities equipment and work area for safety and efficiency.
• Perform maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Accurately document repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts used.
• Support other departments as needed to meet production goals.
