Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose equipment issues, perform timely repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance across facilities.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting expertise, welding/fabrication basics, and strong adherence to safety procedures. You will work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC machinery, with shifts on 1st shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum in manufacturing or facilities maintenance with hands-on troubleshooting and repair.
• Scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Welding and fabrication skills for field and shop repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose root causes of failures.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain facilities equipment and work area for safety and efficiency.
• Service hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems across sites.
