Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, MSB Plant in Topeka, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift. The role conducts preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery, with a $2 shift differential on 3rd shift and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, troubleshooting with PLCs, and collaborating across departments. Requires 3–5 years in multi-craft maintenance; OSHA knowledge and a high school diploma are expected. On-site with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with timing and PLCs.
• Communicate with all departments and attend on-site meetings.
• Assist with installation of new equipment as required.
• Perform facilities tasks and participate in special projects.
