Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift at our Topeka, KS facility. You will perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery and equipment to keep the line running smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years of multi-craft industrial technician experience, reading blueprints, and PLC troubleshooting. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical certificate is preferred. On-site, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively fulfill MT 1 duties as assigned.
• Prioritize downtime issues to meet production needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including PLCs.
