Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician MT1 to perform preventive and urgent maintenance on production machinery in our Topeka, KS plant. Expect 2nd shift differential and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000.

The role requires 3–5 years of multi-craft industrial technician experience and strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting. You will read blueprints, interpret diagrams, troubleshoot PLCs, and assist with new equipment installations while supporting facilities tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Perform intermediate electrical duties (minor troubleshooting, starters, sensors, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with timing and programmable logic controls (PLCs).
• Assist with installation of new equipment.
• Perform facilities-related duties and work on special projects as assigned.
