Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 0–3 years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical equipment; troubleshooting and repairs.
• Basic proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Commitment to continuous learning and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate/achieve and maintain Maintenance Tech I proficiency within 10 months of hire.
• Assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and routine inspections.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist in managing machine performance through setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly; maintain records and reports.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols to exceed production standards.
• Collaborate with production to solve reliability issues with urgency.
• Observe safety precautions around chemicals, dust, and hazards; travel to nearby locations as needed.
