Job summary

Gibbs Die Casting Corp. in Henderson, KY, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to support quality parts delivery daily.

You will work with PLCs and safety systems, maintain documentation, and collaborate with teams to reduce downtime while promoting reliability and teamwork on a busy shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Electrical skills and safety training are desirable.
• Willingness to work overtime and on assigned shifts is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep production equipment in top working order via preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements.
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Complete all PM tasks per department specs and accurately record activities and parts used in MP2.
• Communicate issues, priorities, and solutions with team and leaders.
• Perform torque and leak verification tests as required and ensure safety PPE compliance.
