Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Perform necessary equipment fabrication and repairs.
• Diagnose issues, conduct fixes, and propose upgrades or enhancements to improve performance.
• Manage parts procurement and coordinate with external service providers when specialized assistance is required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities within the M4 system to ensure operational transparency.
• Help minimize equipment downtime to ensure consistent production flow.
