Responsibilities include reading manuals, performing preventive maintenance, and servicing CNC machines. You will work in small teams, follow 5S practices, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing CNC mills and lathes.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance on CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform servicing.
• Diagnose problems and replace defective parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Carry out plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Report faults and maintain 5S and safe work areas.
• Participate in small team activities.
