Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 for third shift to perform building maintenance and basic repairs across our facilities.

The role includes troubleshooting, maintaining tools and equipment, completing PMs with Tech II, and assisting with fixtures and office equipment. Candidates should have a HS diploma and at least 2 years of mechanical experience, with forklift experience preferred. This is a hands-on, safety-focused position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance and repairs (restrooms, lighting, HVAC, painting).
• Troubleshoot and maintain small tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Tech II for preventive maintenance.
• Assist in building new fixtures and office equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Support facilities team to maintain a safe, clean environment.
