Job summary

The Maintenance Technician 1 at RealTruck, Inc. on the 3rd shift is responsible for building maintenance and a range of basic repairs, including troubleshooting and keeping small tools and equipment in good working order.

You will support the facilities team and collaborate with higher-level techs to complete PM tasks and install or adjust fixtures as needed. We value reliability, safety, and precise record-keeping; you’ll document work performed, follow instructions, and adapt to changing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines required.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete building maintenance and repairs (restrooms, lighting, HVAC systems, painting, and pneumatic systems).
• Troubleshoot and maintain small tools and equipment.
• Support PM with maintenance tasks and minor electrical repairs as needed.
• Assist in building new fixtures, office equipment, and other necessary tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Support facilities team to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
