RealTruck, Massillon, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on repairing assembly equipment and performing preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, and basic electrical/welding skills. We offer a shift differential and comprehensive benefits to support a healthy, active workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Basic fluid power experience (pneumatic and hydraulic) is a plus.
• Proficient using hand and power tools.
• Basic welding experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing assembly equipment.
• Completing preventative maintenance.
• Responding to work requests regarding repairs around the facility.
• Creates special tools to assist with production.
• Rebuilds machines, tools and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment to determine repairs needed.
