Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance and a range of repairs, troubleshooting and routine upkeep of tools and equipment. The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and collaboration with the PM team.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of mechanical experience, and forklift experience is preferred. Shift times are 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a strong focus on reliability and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete building maintenance and repairs (restrooms, lighting, HVAC systems, painting, and pneumatic systems).
• Troubleshoot and maintain small tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Tech II for preventative maintenance (PM).
• Assist in building new fixtures, office equipment, and other necessary tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Support facilities team to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
