Job summary
Menasha Corporation in Ruffs Dale, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Electrical Technician for the 3rd shift to keep our manufacturing operation running smoothly. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and production equipment while performing preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
Essential functions include troubleshooting, documenting actions, working with outside vendors, and ensuring safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a 16-month course at an accredited university is required.
- Corrugated manufacturing and converting experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand machine part lists, schematics and blueprints.
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motors and drives, PLC, and instrumentation and process controls.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
- Work with production personnel to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Document actions and communicate needs to teams.
