Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. This second shift role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs of conveyors and packaging equipment.

You'll work with automation systems, read schematics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while upholding GMP-like standards and safety policies. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated industrial equipment and conveyors.
• Basic electrical knowledge, low voltage 120VAC.
• Preferred hands-on Texwrap Plastic Sealer, Videojet Ink Coder, and Microjet-I/II.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist in setup and teardown of production lines.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
