Double D Group, located in Greenville, KY, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Maintenance Mechanics and under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Lead. The ideal candidate will be committed to upholding safety and regulatory standards while supporting the achievement of our site’s business goals.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and facility equipment according to safety and preventative maintenance protocols.
• Assist with emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production hours.
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs and regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service tasks.
• Replace or repair parts, test equipment, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, USDA, City and County Utilities, and other regulatory agency standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
