Randstad USA in Missouri is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our 3rd shift at a fast-paced distribution facility. You will perform preventative maintenance on automated conveyors, diagnose electrical issues, and support general plant upkeep to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 2-3+ years industrial maintenance, work with 480V power and basic PLC I/O, and ability to operate boom or scissor lifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of industrial, warehouse, or logistics maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with 480V power, basic PLC I/O diagnostic reading, motors, gearboxes, and conveyor belt alignment.

Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Schedule: Mon-Thu | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (4x10s)

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00/hr

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our 3rd shift team. You will ensure the smooth operation of our automated distribution facility by handling preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, basic electrical troubleshooting, and general facility upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Conveyor Systems: Execute routine preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs on automated conveyor systems. Repair or replace motors, gearboxes, drive belts, chains, and bearings.
• Electrical & PLCs: Safely work with 480V 3-phase power. Perform basic PLC troubleshooting by monitoring inputs and outputs (I/O) to identify conveyor faults. (Preferred)
• Pneumatics & Facility Maintenance: Perform basic plumbing and building electrical repairs. Troubleshoot simple pneumatic components like air lines, cylinders, and solenoids.
• Aerial Equipment & Safety: Safely operate scissor and boom lifts for overhead repairs. Strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3+ years of industrial, warehouse, or logistics maintenance experience.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with 480V power, basic PLC I/O diagnostic reading, motors, gearboxes, and conveyor belt alignment.
• Equipment & Schedule: Able to operate boom/scissor lifts.
