Unique Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Lead for the 3rd shift at the Blairs Distribution Center. You will assist the Maintenance Manager and Senior Maintenance Manager in repairing equipment, installing new gear, and maintaining buildings and grounds.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in distribution/manufacturing, knowledge of conveyors, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and RSLogix/Studio 5000. A valid driver’s license and a technical or associate degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical skills to maintain warehouse systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, and related documents.
• Knowledge of OSHA, VOSHA, and local safety codes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and lead maintenance functions during assigned shifts.
• Supervise associates regarding safety, quality, and productivity.
• Support troubleshooting and installation of equipment.
• Develop and revise SOPs to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
