Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 3rd shifts to lead maintenance teams across plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2+ years of leadership experience, plus strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading training, coaching, or mentoring staff on processes or projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to solve high-level process issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance systems, documents, and processes for high performance.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production for timely repairs and implement TPM, SOPs, safety.
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day troubleshooting support.
• Develop KPIs and provide status reports to maintenance management.
