Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead maintenance teams in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of critical plant equipment, ensuring production lines run at peak performance and downtime is minimized.

You will develop and implement maintenance systems, monitor KPIs, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. A strong electro-mechanical background with ammonia refrigeration expertise will help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong electro-mechanical and ammonia refrigeration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in proactive maintenance and repairs.
• Train staff on safe work methods and procedures.
• Supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement TPM, SOPs, safety, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide troubleshooting support and root-cause analyses for equipment failures.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance and reliability.
• Provide status updates to maintenance management.
