Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 1st & 2nd shifts to lead maintenance teams in a complex plant environment.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and documentation across plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse to maximize production efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years in a lead role, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading staff or projects with ability to train and coach others.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for high-level process issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Train staff on methods and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation for high performance.
• Schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (PM, TPM, SOPs, Safety).
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day troubleshooting support for equipment failures.
• Develop KPIs and report maintenance performance to management.
• Maintain records of work performed and inventory; ensure USDA compliance.
• Foster a positive, development-oriented work environment and coaching.
