Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in New Kensington, PA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead maintenance teams across the plant, facilities, utilities and powerhouse, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills; and proficiency with maintenance systems and TPM. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and boilers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading staff or projects; ability to coach and mentor.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to manage documentation and records.
• Advanced technical knowledge in ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, and related systems.
• Familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Train employees on proper methods and safety procedures.
• Supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation for high performance.
• Coordinate with Production to schedule maintenance and address equipment repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (PM, TPM, SOPs, Safety).
• Provide long-term and day-to-day troubleshooting for equipment issues.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance; report to management.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with applicable regulations and maintain records.
