Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery, electrical systems, and structures in a commercial/industrial setting.

The role requires being on 24-hour call and supporting several press and auxiliary systems. Essential duties include safety adherence, equipment maintenance, and proactive parts management. Candidates should have related technical education or experience, PLC software familiarity, and the ability to read electrical

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; High school Diploma preferred.
• Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations; ability to write reports and respond to questions.
• Mathematical Skills- Basic arithmetic and data interpretation for measurements and tolerances.
• Computer Skills- Word processing, spreadsheets, Windows.
• Reasoning Ability- Problem solving and data interpretation.
• Certification and licenses: Hi-Lo, Crane and rigging training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards for plant operation.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain plastic injection molding machines and support equipment.
• Disassemble and install injection unit components as needed.
