Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Newton, North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead automotive manufacturing maintenance activities, maximize equipment uptime, and support production goals in a fully onsite facility.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, implement preventive and predictive programs, read schematics and ladder logic, and drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement using CMMS tools like SAP PM, Maximo or EAM.

Qualifications

4+ years in manufacturing or engineering environment.
5+ years maintenance experience; automotive industry preferred.
2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
CMMS experience with SAP PM, Maximo, or EAM.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance technicians and shift-based teams on a 3rd shift.
Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, electrical and mechanical systems.
Read schematics and ladder logic to guide repairs.
Prioritize work to maximize uptime and safety.
Drive continuous improvement and reliability in a lean manufacturing environment.
