Job summary

You will lead and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime, support production goals, and drive reliability for all lines on the floor. The ideal candidate has hands‑on maintenance leadership in automotive manufacturing, oversees technicians, and is proficient with CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, EAM) and automated systems

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience with progressive responsibility.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Expertise with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, EAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and prioritize work on shift.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards on the plant floor.
• Drive downtime reduction and reliability improvements.
