Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support 2nd and 3rd shifts, ensuring safe operation and reliability of manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems, implement PM/PdM programs, train operators, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent, plus a 2-year degree in Industrial Systems or 5 years manufacturing experience; willingness to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-year college degree in Industrial Systems or equivalent, and 2 years’ manufacturing experience.
• Alternatively, minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Willing to work altered shift schedules as needed.
• Daily and Weekend Overtime will be required.
• Personal Computer system skills (MS Office Suite preferred).
• Complete interview, reference checks and medical examination.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to support productivity and reliability.
• Perform maintenance on all manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Support PM/PdM program development and execution.
• Train operators on autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment per diagrams and prints.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders and spare parts tracking.
• Refer complex situations to Maintenance Team Lead or Supervisor.
