Job summary

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience in automotive or Tier 1 environments, strong technical knowledge of automated systems (robotics, conveyors, stamping, welding, and assembly), and

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience and/or education in manufacturing or engineering.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive industry preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Expertise in CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, EAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
• Supervise shift-based maintenance teams and assign tasks in real time.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive improvements in downtime, MTTR/MTBF, and PM completion.
