Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associates including orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining as needed.
• Delivers KPI targets and supports master strategic plans for production areas.
• Ensures safety, quality, and TPM; facilitates Kaizen events and root-cause problem solving.
• Maintains standardization of policies and procedures; ensures proper documentation and team communication.
• Drives continuous improvement and supports maintenance and equipment readiness.
