Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Newton, NC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities in a high‑volume automotive assembly facility on the 3rd shift. You will manage maintenance technicians, prioritize work in real time, and drive reliability, uptime, and safety on the floor.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, 2+ years of supervision, and strong CMMS expertise (SAP PM, Maximo, EAM).

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
2+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.
CMMS experience with SAP PM, Maximo or EAM is required.
Experience with highly automated systems including robotics, conveyors, stamping, welding, and assembly operations.

Responsibilities

Lead shift-based maintenance teams and coordinate activities in real time.
Prioritize maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Promote a safety-first culture and enforce OSHA-compliant practices on the floor.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs and analyze maintenance data.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
