This fully onsite role is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities within an automotive manufacturing facility to ensure equipment reliability, maximize uptime, and support production goals. This role oversees maintenance technicians, implements preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on maintenance experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in an automotive OEM or Tier 1 setting, along with demonstrated experience supervising or leading skilled trades teams. They possess a strong technical background in highly automated systems—including robotics, conveyors, stamping, welding, and assembly operations—and are comfortable working in lean, fast-paced production environments with demanding uptime and reliability expectations.
