Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of relevant work experience and/or higher education in manufacturing or engineering.
• Availability and willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associate outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
• Delivers KPI’s, business strategy, and people strategy in area(s) of responsibility.
• Creates and maintains a master strategic plan to accomplish KPI’s.
• Ensures safety, quality, and productivity issues are addressed on the floor.
• Maintains a presence on the floor and supports Team Leaders and cross functional engineers as needed.
