Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Production Supervisor to lead our third-shift operations in a manufacturing setting. You will supervise a team of 5 trades professionals and 10-15 production staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output across machining, metal fabrication, and welding.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory experience, 5+ years in maintenance or related fields, and strong skills in leadership, planning, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, skilled trades, or a related technical field.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to support overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call requirements as needed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and production teams during 3rd shift operations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and maintenance projects with day-shift leadership.
• Ensure production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards are met.
• Provide employee training, coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• Prioritize maintenance and manufacturing activities to support production schedules.
• Maximize equipment uptime through effective maintenance planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
