Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, skilled trades, maintenance, manufacturing, or other technical fields.
• Experience leading capital and expense-related projects.
• Experience using SAP within a manufacturing or maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to skilled trades and production staff during third shift operations.
• Support manufacturing by meeting production requirements in machining, metal fabrication, and welding.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and preventive maintenance activities with day shift leaders.
• Ensure training, work instructions, and tools are available for safe, effective work.
• Monitor control plans and troubleshoot to meet quality standards.
• Supervise production activities to support quality, productivity, and objectives.
• Monitor performance and apply corrective action while following policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee concerns and maintain a productive, compliant environment.
• Set maintenance and production priorities based on schedules and needs.
• Communicate schedules and updates across shifts.
• Plan equipment and facility maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Implement safety programs and housekeeping initiatives.
• Support maintenance planning, projects, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance on maintenance and production operations.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and overtime as needed.
