Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for the 3rd shift in Tallahassee, FL. You will act as the technical expert, ensuring critical manufacturing equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently while mentoring the maintenance team.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong PLC/automation knowledge, and a proven track record in leading RCFA and improvement initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and industrial automation systems.
Proven ability to lead complex problem-solving efforts and perform RCFA.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex equipment issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
Drive equipment reliability through RCFA and corrective actions; support preventive and predictive maintenance.
Serve as primary technical resource for PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, motors, sensors, and safety systems.
Partner with Engineering and Operations for equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects.
Mentor and train maintenance technicians to strengthen troubleshooting capabilities.
