Danfoss in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Mid-Senior level Maintenance Team Lead to act as the technical expert ensuring critical manufacturing equipment remains safe, reliable, and efficient. You will drive uptime, quality, and continuous improvement across the facility.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will mentor technicians, collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality, and lead complex troubleshooting for advanced automation systems. On-site work and global standards apply.

Qualifications

8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with progressively advanced troubleshooting responsibilities.
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial controls.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Proven ability to lead RCFA and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex equipment issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, CNC, robotic, and automated systems.
Drive equipment reliability through RCFA and corrective actions; support preventive/predictive maintenance.
Serve as primary technical resource for PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and safety systems.
Partner with Engineering and Operations to support installations, upgrades, capital projects, commissioning, and improvements.
Mentor and train maintenance technicians to strengthen troubleshooting capabilities.
