Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience supervising employees in an operational environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and safe material handling.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support second-shift warehouse employees, setting clear priorities and holding the team accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Ensure the accurate movement, storage, staging, and delivery of materials to support production schedules and minimize delays or shortages.
• Maintain strong inventory accuracy by enforcing proper system transactions, investigating discrepancies, and supporting inventory control processes.
• Promote a safe and organized workplace by enforcing PPE requirements, material-handling standards, equipment safety practices, and housekeeping expectations.
