Job summary

Swagelok is seeking a Level II Machine Operator on the 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:15 am Sun-Thurs) in Northeast Ohio. The role produces fluid-system components and comes with a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills (fractions/decimals).
• Self-motivated with ability to learn in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow production system and participate in daily shift start-up meetings.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machine outputs and escalate quality/tooling issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
• Document production activities accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
