Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, Ohio is hiring a Level II Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team producing fluid-system components. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, a 24/7 night shift (6pm–6am), with a starting pay of 18.40–25.80 per hour plus overtime and 30% shift differential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow daily shift start-up meetings and handoffs.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per instructions.
• Follow standard work and quality plans.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Identify quality and process issues and escalate.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
