Bruker Daltonics is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for a 3rd shift (11 PM–7:30 AM) at our Carteret, NJ facility. You will start up and monitor multiple machines, perform quality checks, and assist with maintenance and process improvements to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and Excel skills, and English proficiency. Prior manufacturing experience and ability to work overtime are preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment.
• Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures and to use safety features and equipment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; sponsorship not available.

Mansioni

• Pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment start-up.
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment for quality production.
• Ensure machines operate safely and reliably per MSI guidelines.
• Perform regular quality control and visual checks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Inform maintenance of needed repairs or concerns.
• Document production operator logs accurately.
• Collaborate with quality and process engineers on operational changes.
