Job summary

US Pharma Lab, Inc. in North Brunswick, NJ, is seeking an Associate, Manufacturing to operate and set up one machine under supervision. You will assist with setup, operation, cleaning, inventory movements, and routine maintenance to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, no prior experience required, and will involve lifting up to 50–75 lbs, standing for long periods, and wearing full PPE. 3rd shift 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Able to operate one machine under guidance of a seasoned operator.
• Able to read and follow written instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up one machine under supervision.
• Assist with setup, operation, cleaning, and moving supplies and finished products.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Complete documentation, logs, and batch records as required by GMP/SOPs.
• Adhere to safety policies; wear PPE and follow hygiene standards.
• Work extended hours and occasional weekend overtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
