Job summary

Bruker EST in Carteret, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for a third shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). You will run and monitor multiple production machines, perform quality checks, document logs, and support maintenance and process engineers in optimizing operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math/Excel skills, and ability to work overtime. US citizenship or permanent residency is required; Bruker offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math and Excel skills; able to read procedures.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication.
• Able to work overtime; US citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Able to read safety operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-operation activities to start up multiple machines.
• Operates/monitors equipment to ensure quality production and minimize stops.
• Keeps machines safe, efficient and reliable per MSI guidelines.
• Performs regular quality control and visual inspections during shifts.
• Performs preventative maintenance and informs maintenance of issues.
• Documents production logs accurately and participates in root-cause analysis.
• Supports training and onboarding of others; cross-trains as needed.
• Adheres to safety standards and procedures; supports continuous improvement.
