Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor machinery used in the production of our medical device products. The role involves basic setup, calibration, and finish operations as needed, with emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; technical or vocational schooling preferred.
• 0–1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and safety and quality requirements.
• Operates machinery with close supervision.
• May assist in basic set-up and calibration of equipment.
• Loads materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals and maintenance instructions.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to meet requirements.
• Follows established documentation for manufacturing.
• Cleans and maintains machinery.
• Performs other functions as required.
