Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for our 3rd shift at the Bowling Green, OH facility. You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform in-process quality checks, and maintain accurate records to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, loading/unloading materials, and collaborating with the team to hit production targets while adhering to all PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Ability to work consistently on a 3rd shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM or similar.).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery per SOPs and load/unload materials.
• Monitor machine operation and report malfunctions.
• Conduct in-process quality checks using precision instruments.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout and PPE.
