Job summary

Dayton Superior, operating under the White Cap brand, is seeking a CNC machine operator in American Fork, UT. You will operate conventional, special purpose, and CNC machines, including grinders, drills, and presses, to meet production and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 0-2 years of experience; core 3rd shift is 12:00am–8:30am. You will follow prescribed processes, document production tickets, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• 1 to 3 years' related experience.
• Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates assigned machines, including resistance welding, brake presses, and mechanical power presses; meets production requirements.
• Maintains clean and safe work area.
• Packs finished materials and loads/unloads as needed.
• Checks finished workpiece conforms to specifications.
• Completes documentation for process monitors and production tickets.
• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions and may fix issues.
