Qualifications

Experience supervising warehouse logistics, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
5+ years in broad warehouse operations managing multiple personnel and large inventories.
Certification or proficiency operating industrial powered material handlers (sit-down/stand-up forklifts).

Responsibilities

Inventory & Data Control: process returns, track cycle counts, update inventory system.
Fabrication integration: stage and supply raw materials to production lines.
Outbound fulfillment: audit and process order pulling for shipments to job sites.
Freight logistics: supervise loading/unloading and rigging for trucks.
Warehouse compliance: maintain layout, optimize space, conduct safety talks.
Communication: perform cross-shift handoffs and follow processes.
