Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will execute short-term plans, allocate resources, and manage expenses while maintaining a safe work environment. You will oversee a management team and front-line staff, set performance standards, plan staffing, and ensure inbound/outbound activity aligns with customer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising people in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse/inventory control processes and safety policy adherence.
• Ability to reduce operational costs and improve profitability.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and WMS.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed and promote a culture of safety.
• Supervise and train front-line leaders to meet goals.
• Plan and adjust staffing to meet demand and objectives.
• Oversee inbound/outbound loading and inventory accuracy.
• Develop processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
