Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to run the floor and own daily operations. You will lead a team of associates, manage inbound/outbound shipping, and coordinate cross-dock and yard activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Supervisory/leadership experience in warehouse or distribution.
Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Knowledge of WMS and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities during assigned shifts.
Oversee inbound, outbound, and cross-dock operations to meet delivery requirements.
Plan shipping schedules, trailer flow, and dock capacity; manage carrier relationships.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates; assign daily work.
Enforce safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
Verify BOLs, export docs, and Customs compliance; conduct cycle counts.
