Job summary

Siemens AG in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the 3rd shift. You will supervise 15-25 team members across three shifts, oversee receiving, storage, and delivery to assembly lines, and coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing and planning to keep production moving.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing/warehouse environments, 2+ years of leadership, and SAP experience. A Bachelor’s in engineering or supply-chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environments with inventory replenishment methods.
• 2+ years supervising/leading small to medium teams.
• Ability to work 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am.
• Leadership with the ability to work with different levels in the organization.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with verbal, written and presentations skills.
• SAP experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams responsible for receiving, storing, picking, kitting and delivering material.
• Manage team scheduling and daily assignments.
• Oversee warehouse cycle counting and root-cause analysis, resolving discrepancies.
• Interact with every other department in the plant.
