Job summary

Siemens AG in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead the entire spectrum of warehouse operations, material handling, and outbound logistics for the Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment facility. You will optimize internal flows, partner with production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or similar role in manufacturing.
Expert knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and transportation logistics.
Proficiency with WMS and ERP software; import/export compliance a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Implement and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence.
Ensure safety and quality standards in all warehouse activities and material handling.
Develop and implement policies to optimize space, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Coordinate internal material flow from warehouse to production areas and back to shipping.
Plan, schedule, and manage inbound/outbound shipments and carrier relationships.
